  • Batch carbonator is a unit made for carbonation / nitrogenation and the cooling of a small amount of product in off-line mode. The system is designed for most efficient carbonation / nitrogenation of product with a wide range of CO2 or N2 content.

    CO2/N2 is injected into the product during circulation process. Requested pressure and temperature is kept in the product tank during carbonation and nitrogenation. The unit is equipped with integrated CIP tank.
